Hi, I’m JUles
I am an event producer, organizer, and magic maker living in Seattle. I love to work on projects that connect people.
When I say yes to a creative project I am making a commitment to doing my best work. I say yes to giving my creative energy, my passion, my drive, often allowing the project into my dreams, to come along on a bike ride, to percolate in a cup of coffee. My creative energy is one of the most sacred gifts I have to give: the commitment to turn my attention in one particular direction. I allow my life force and the life of the project to get to know each other through collaboration.
Creative projects are a pathway to access our own power. Sharing in projects, whether it’s experiences, parties, workshops, writing, or anything that results from the creative process, I’ve built community. Creative projects always consist of care and curation; you feel that fire that comes with making something distinct and timely. This process of creation is a reminder of how beautiful it can be to be alive and collaborate, and it offers an antidote to silence and stuckness. Let’s find and tend that flame together!

A CAmpy Gem💎
In a facilitation workshop with the AORTA Collective, I was asked which facet of my “facilitation gem” I could lean into to share more of myself with groups. After a quick brainstorm, my answer was clear- lean into being a camp counselor✨ . Being a Summer camp counselor is in my bones; creating a temporary world, quick problem solving, encouraging an audience to transform an unsure teen into a talent show sensation. When I think of myself in camp counselor gem facet, I am able to make a game of any situation, I am having fun solving problems, and I build others up in the creative projects of everyday life.
When the events or projects move inside, the principles are the same. I know how to find my role and solve a problem in community. Astrologically speaking, I have the planet Venus in Virgo in the 5th house. Venus is associated with connection and love, and Virgo is the most analytical and precise of the signs. The 5th house is about creative projects, birth, and what we bring into the world. Through my work with creative projects, I queer traditional notions of birth and expectations about feminine labor: what it costs, how it looks, and where passion gets to live in daily life.
I show love in practical tools like making a spreadsheet, organizing a storage space, and maintaining relationships so that getting the right team in the room is a few phone calls away. I am the right event or project manager for you when you want to make something special- when the process and the product matters.
